Dreams Deferred for International Students at US Schools

International students attending U.S. colleges and universities are now, technically, free to return to the U.S., but a number of hurdles and concerns are keeping them home. Additionally, as students of color, they worry about the non-viral threats of life in a nation grappling with racial justice unrest.  VOA’s Anita Powell reports from Johannesburg on how two South African students are dealing with the deferral of their college dreams.
